This year's issue features more than 50 contributors from the Highline community, showcasing literary and visual work from across campus.
Beyond this print issue, we have new Online Exclusives for 2026. Submitters are invited to showcase exciting new media, including original music, film and animation that we are proud to display.

Correction Notice
Unfortunately—as often comes with the editing process—some errors have made it to print in our 2026 issue of The Arcturus; these errors require rectifying. We sincerely apologize for any annoyances, grievances, or inconveniences that these errors may have caused. Please, at your own discretion, use a pen or marker to make the following corrections to your personal copy of this years edition.
Firstly, the Winter quarter editors were left uncredited. Their names are as follows:
Jasmine Nyabigo
Eden Storey
Caelum Larson
Isabel Lash
Secondly, some poems were left incomplete as printed. The poems and their corresponding corrections are as follows:
‘You, He, and I,’ by Ellis C. Darrow, pp. 67
The last line was unintentionally left unprinted, it should read as follows:
“...and I was just your son.”
‘Hey, Doc,’ by Ellis C. Darrow, pp. 99
The last line was unintentionally left unprinted, it should read as follows:
“...So bye doc, I think I’ll die if I see you again.”
Thirdly, some works were attributed under the incorrect name. The works and their correct authors are as follows:
‘Circular Insanity II,’ pp.7, ‘A Forest On Fire,’ pp. 53, and ‘(Hopefully final) Letter to Joy,’ pp 93-94
Should be attributed to “Ryelle”
Finally, the poem ‘Circular Insanity II’ was incorrectly titled ‘Circular Insanity 2’ in the table of contents.
