Becoming an Editor
Interested in becoming an editor for next year's Arcturus?
Being an Arcturus editor will involve the following:
Being able to cooperate with fellow editors and work as a team.
Having an appreciation for art; especially literary and visual art.
Organizing events and promoting Arcturus on campus outside of class hours.
Learning new skills such as communicating, and art critique.
Speaking in front of a large audience.
The above skills are not a requirement to join the editing team. Rather, these are skills one will develop throughout their time in the course.
Arcturus is split into two courses. One in the winter (3 credits) which involves reviewing submissions, and a second one in the spring (2 credits) that revolves around the printing of the journal.
