Code of Conduct

Diversity and inclusivity are vitally important; for the identity of Highline College itself and of its community. To that end, we do not publish works that infringe on the integrity and values of Highline. Highline College does not discriminate on the basis of race or ethnicity, color, age, national origin, religion, marital status, sex, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran or disabled veteran status, political affiliation or beliefs, citizenship or status, or disability. The college is committed to preventing and stopping discrimination, including the harassment of any kind and any associated retaliatory behavior. Plagiarism and the use of generative AI will also not be tolerated.

While we would never infringe on anyone's right to free speech, we are not obligated to publish any work that do not follow our code on conduct.
